IronDreddKnight
So as the title says, I’m looking for left arm twin lascannon for my 3 mortis dreadnoughts. I’ve seen them on the forge world web site. But I was hoping to find a cheaper alternative. Is there any 3rd party company who cast their own? Or is there a conversion I could use? Thanks in advance :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/356836-where-can-i-find-mortis-dreadnought-twin-lascannon-left-arm/ Share on other sites
NovemberIX
Here's a link to the modelers resource in general PCA, where there is a list of 3rd party suppliers to get you started on your search, though I think you'll still end up spending near forge world amounts regardless. I will say the forge world dreadnought pieces do look great, especially for mortis loadouts. Converting a lascannon arm shouldn't be too difficult, I'd probably use the plastic missile launcher housing from a basic dread kit, remove the exhaust details from the side panel, get the lascannon bit from a venerable dreadnought kit, cut to flush, and maybe add the battery bits from any number of kits with lascannons to break up the now smooth panel.
