Grey Knights Land Raider Redeemer worth fielding?

For collection purposes I just ordered this beastly unit (since it's the only GK unique unit not OOP from FW), and would be a great GK model to build and paint!

What are people's thoughts on fielding this GK landraider in say 2000+ point games? Strategies you would you use etc.?

Points-wise it is pretty expensive (325~355 points) for 2x Flamestorm Cannons + Twin Psycannons with the standard possible add-on (stormbolter, multi-melta and hunter-killer missile) though. Since it's not for tournament-level I could be consider house-ruling it for games with just friends - but what tweaks would make it more compelling to field it at those points?

Redeemer? Oof ... probably the least viable version of a unit that already has big troubles getting justified as viable in the first place.
Flamer on a super expensive chassis that can get made useless by charging it with something due lack of FLY keyword is far from ideal.
I mean you still get to overwatch, but you only kill a very small amount against horde units and something like a throwaway Rhino doesn't care about Flamers all that much and can just keep charging when you fall back.
Then there's the problem of falling back itself. It's not always possible with such a clunky model and you give up all control targeting-wise you may have had (can only shoot the charging unit, not the unit you actually might want to shoot).
And lastly, since GK already have Stormbolters on literally every infantry model, anti-infantry is not exactly a role they struggle to fill.

I can see why the Lascannon Landraider can work in specific lists but I don't have much hope for the Redeemer. However I'd say try it out and report back. I don't know your meta and it might surprisingly work out in a less competetive environment. And it's not like you don't have it already sitting around. It costs you literally nothing except of time to just use it every once in a while.

As for what to put into it ... not Terminators. I'm a huge defender of putting only cheap-ish infantry into expensive transports. Some Strike Squads or so could work.

Also the Redeemer is not a unit unique to GK. It's just the psycannons on it that are.

EDIT: holy typos, Batman!

Twin psycannons is worse than twin assault cannons too. All the points about redeemers pretty much got made. The only exception I would say is Dark Angels since they have a Strategem that allows to shoot after falling back

Since the Doomglaive Dreadnought's psycannon arm was upgraded to the heavy psycannon and adjusted to those points. How effective would the Vortimer pattern be if we house-ruled that armament to be upgraded to the Twin Heavy Psycannons (it costs as much) as well?

I'm thinking it would be pretty awesome....?? Now twelve S7 AP-1 Dmg 2 shots is clearly better than twin assault cannons, and fits in line with the Doomglaive Dreadnought model as they both use the FW psycannon design.

Also, is it worth painting up the inside of a landraider? Can you see the colours through the assault hatch? Or do you need to magnetized the side doors so that there is enough light to see the details of the interior...?

Paint it if it bothers you, but it's not really needed. I paint the interior of my vehicles if there's a door to open but only very roughly without many details since as you already assumed, there's not much light coming into it and people won't take a close look at the interior anyway.
