INQUISITOR HISTORY: Brok's origins have been expunged from the Inquisitorial library for the protection of his family. He was born on an agri-world, where he was brought up by a middle class farming family. He hardly smiles, and is often a heavy drinker. Even in a drunken state Brok finds no happiness. He lives in a Spartan manner, and has no life outside the Inquisition. The only place of solace is in the capture and destruction of the evil plague that Chaos is. The Inquisition is his life.

 

Brok has slewn many daemons,including a Greater Daemon Prince of Nurgle that he banished. For the banishment of the Daemon, he was given the Daemonhammer he owns shaped in the form of the Imperial Aquila. In his life, he suffered many wounds but is remarkably resilient, and for his many brave acts he was then given the Icon of the Just.

Yes I realize that the paint job is looking pretty old. As soon as I'm finished with my BT crusade i'm going to repaint him along with his retinue.

INQUISITOR HISTORY: Lord Lucero has always detested psychers more than any other enemy of the Emperor. "Do not allow the psycher to live", are the first words that Lucero heard while studying under Inquisitor +++ Deleted +++. It has been 100 years since then and although he has earned many enemies among the Inquisition for his hard line stance, he has also destroyed many daemons, heretics, and rogue psychers. He is tolerated by his pears, but only just. After suffering horrible causalities Inquisitor Lucero is in the process of rebuilding his elite cadre of Inquisitorial Stormtroopers.

Twenty years ago after finding thousands of rogue psychers on the planet of Lyon Lord Lucero called upon the aid of a nearby crusade of Black Templars. After seeing the zeal that the Templars persecuted the psychers of Lyon he decided that these were warriors he could use in the future. He stated that the Templars of the Crusade are true warriors of the God-Emperor. Inquisitor Lucero has made good on his words and since than has worked diligently at manoeuvring Crusades of Black Templars into regions that he can use their assistance. Currently Inquisitor Lucero is located in the Chbal Sector, but his exact whereabouts are unknown. Inquisitor Lucero has made a few appearances to request aid from the local imperial forces and from the Black Templar Crusade in the sector.

INQUISITOR HISTORY: +++DATA MISSING+ander Lokh is a radical inquisitor who believes that the weapons of heresy must be used against itself to truly eradicate it and has condemned himself to save the Imperium. This contradicts with his belief that mankind must be kept pure, and all signs of heresy must be eradicated. He has mastered the art of torture and has an array of tools to aid him.

 

Inquisitor Lord Lokh is rash and quick to make his decision, he has been warned on several occasions by Inquisitors with higher ranks on him with his radical actions and hurry to say the word "exterminatus"

 

Alexander Lokh believes the witches suffering should not end at death, that their torment should be prolonged and used better to serve the imperuim. After weeks of excruciating torture, the broken bodies of the Witch is handed over and transformed into a pyskic lightening rod for the Inquisitor and his retinue.

Only those Alexender deems worthy of repentance are given this opportunity to redeem themselves in the Emperor's light.

 

Alexander Lokh keeps a number of apprentices around his person at all time, helping him with many tasks that may need completion. During battle Lokh equips each with a Mancatcher and laspistol to tie up the enemy. Lokh makes it clear that his apprentices know that in battle they are his personal meat shields. He does this to test their faith and loyalty to the emperor. Although this may seem harsh in the eyes of an outsider, it ensures that the unworthy are ruled out early in their training.

 

Psychically attuned to him, is his familiar "Tweet", once the possession of a chaos sorcerer. Since recovery, the familiar has been cleansed and purified. Its flesh constantly melting off and feathers malting, this bird is in endless torment. The familliar amplifies Lokhs mental and pyschic awareness, constantly messaging warnings straight into the inquisitors mind.

 

Following him around everywhere he goes is Alexanders personal body guard. These men are equipped with golden armor, carrying a suppression shield and huge halberds. These large and strong men never utter a word unless it is their masters will. They are constantly on the look out of possible threats to their master, and will protect him at all costs.

 

Within his retinue is also a small number of sisters Hospitaller donated to him by his allies within The Order of Sanctuary. These sisters are very quite and polite only speaking once spoken to and even then they reply in a hushed vioce. In battle Lokh tends to only bring a single one of these beautiful maidens who then act their duties by patching up wounds as he fights in the melee.

 

Part of Lokh's retinue consists of skilled torturers, these have perfected the art of torture, easily managing to break the mind of the mutant, heretic and traitor alike allowing vital information to spill out of the skulls with ease. Alexander Lokh believes that death is not punishment enough for the heretic, because of this he prefers to capture the heretic, and will hand it over the the torturer, scarring its body long after all the information needed has been extracted.

Inquisitor Lukas Qin, also known as “The Dragon”, is an adherent of the Puritan faction of the Ordo Malleus. Qin recently dropped his studies with several major Collegia, where he pursued arcane and specialized medical techniques, to seek out those who knowingly corrupt the mortal form and subvert the forces of Chaos to their own misguided will.

 

Rumors speak of his desperate attempts to locate his daughter, Mu Li, abducted by cultists for use as a daemon vessel. It is not known what became of his daughter, but soon thereafter, reports of Qin pursuing heretics began to surface in multiple sectors.

 

In a recent operation in the Donevan system, Qin destroyed an embryonic cult and captured the cult leader, a Dark Apostle known as Erazimus. Although Erazimus is believed to have expired during an interrogation, a new type of servitor has been observed in close proximity to Qin and it appears to bear the head of the deceased Erazimus.

 

One can only wonder at the torment the creature Erazimus must experience, as he feels the backlash from the corrupt powers of Chaos, while in the unwilling service of his new master.

HISTORY: Inquisitor Vorenus currently commands a rather large strike force of Grey knights on a newly inducted strike cruiser, dubbed the "Imperius Victus”. It has been noted by his fellow Inquisitor and Grey Knights that Vorenus is a “lead from the front” type of commander, and is often quoted with making the statement: “ I may expect the impossible from you and the only way I can be sure the task is completed is to be there, in the thick of it, to see it completed with my own eyes”. This type of attitude and disregard for the normal Inquisition politics causes many other Inquisitors to scoff at the name of Titus Vorenus, but does not seem to bother him much as his methods have gained him the sincere respect of his troops, his crew, and the Grey Knights under his command.

Hardl recieved his training at the merciless hands of Lord Inquisitor Ferrine Ledot. Ledot was a hard-line Monodominant of the Ordo Xenos, and never forgave Hardl's break from his teachings when the younger man joined the Hereticus and displayed his Amalathian leanings. Hardl was born on a Forge World, and his first action as an ordained Inquisitor was to return to that planet in the hopes of reforging a political connection with the Mechanicus priesthood. Through the guidance of the Emperor-Omnissiah, the forge world recognised his Identoo where none of his masters had. As though guided by an internal compass, he found his way to his parents' mothballed forge. From there, he discovered several key items that would shape his future including powered exo-skeleton and the Maintenance Skull, Atreides.

 

Becoming a specialist in hunting down corruption within the monolithic institutions of the Adeptus Mechanicus and Adeptus Munitorum, Hardl quickly gained a reputation for ruthlessness, while at the same time displaying a large amount of political ability. A skilled diplomat, Hardl became a folk hero to the lower echelons of the machine priesthood, and a terrible bogeyman to the indentured who might otherwise rebel or secceed. He lost his right leg while disposing of a Tzeentchian cult on Urdesh, and was rewarded for his trouble with a high-quality augmetic based on Praetorian designs. His life was saved at the same time, as a terrible cancerous growth was discovered during the surgery that cost Hardl his liver and a large part of his intestinal tract.

 

While making a pilgrimage to Ophelia VII, Hardl first encountered representatives of the Order of the Sacred Tome, a small Adepta Sororitas convent based in the galactic south. Claiming that the Emperor had spoken to her in the form of a glowing ball of shifting light, a young Sister Dialogous by the name of Indicia joined him from their number. She would later prove herself in combat as well, wielding her Perdition pistol with lethal precision when Hardl was targetted by an Assassin on Solstice.

 

On Gryphonne IV, Hardl discovered and eradicated a Genestealer cult that had been subverting menials working on the hulls for Destroyer Tank Hunters. He lost his left eye and part of his temporal lobe to shrapnel during the fighting, and again was rewarded with augmentic replacements in thanks for his generous efforts. At the same time, he was granted a Praetorian bodyguard designated Amelia-226-P by the Fabricator Marshal in the hope that he would tame the impetuous Skitarii guardian.

 

Making his way eastwards, Hardl led his retinue to the Agri-world of Alterius, where he was joined by a pair of twin sisters called Rubria and Lexica. Rubria was a Blank, or Untouchable, while her twin supported them both as medicae for a small village. The village was destroyed in a single night by daemonic incursion, being the site of the ritual sacrifice of four kidnapped Navigator children. Hardl's intervention prevented a planet-wide disaster, but the twins were the only other survivors.

 

En route to Metalica on pilgrimmage, intending to allow his team to rest and recouperate, Hardl acquired space aboard a Munitorum transport carrying two Guard regiments - the Solstice VIth and Solstice Lunar IIIrd. Acting on advice from the Emperor's Tarot and Sister Indicia, Hardl recruited the services of a group of Solstice Lunar veterans, Sergeant Carmen Liter, along with a Chimera crew under Commander Leibchen Unitas. They would prove vital when, during a refuelling stop near Chardona, the Orks descended upon the planet in a green wave.

 

Kar Duniash saw the assignment of a young Interrogator named Leila Ondaran to Hardl's retinue, a fresh-faced young woman with unnerving, purple eyes, dead like a shark's. She would be the last to join Hardl's retinue before his ill-fated journey to Moracra, where he was granted an experimental bolter enhanced with reverse-engineered Tau rail technology, and from there into Tau space in search of a misplaced Explorator Ship. Interrogator Ondaran returned with Sister Indicia and Commander Unitas bearing the bodies of their fallen comrades, along with the Black Box Recorder of Fabricator Admiral Jonas-D13, who had led the Mechanicus expedition they had been chasing.
