Captain Antargo
Do they work differently to the other standard Terminators or is it just because they are in the Grey Knights? Bryan Blaire
Grey Knight Terminators are a standard troop for Grey Knights. Grey Knights as a whole, not just the Terminators, work differently from all standard Marines. shandwen
Termies in regular chapters are limited to elites as the suits are incredibly rare. Grey Knights don't have to worry about that. Suits that would be considered holy relics for even first founding chapters are in use by regular brothers in the grey knights (this is shown in the novel pandorax) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/357421-why-do-terminators-have-a-troops-role/#findComment-5355798 Share on other sites
Waking Dreamer
All Grey Knights have their own TDA's in the lore, and is part of their standard training. So cool! Trevak Dal
All Grey Knights have their own TDA's in the lore, and is part of their standard training. So cool!Indeed, and by which all existing Grey Knight units should have +1 attack (yes even paladins), and extra leadership in some cases because they have no scout/neophyte/tactical equivalent, they are all Veterans and should be statted that way. Paladins are like, super terminators, (3 attacks base and wider open weapons options that not many people take anymore, 2 for every 5, start in a unit size of 3) most people if they field grey knights terminators are running them as paladins, because we can't get enough troops to be meaningful, our strats are poo so why bother with command points when we can lean into our good stuff and kick some heads in a little. Captain Antargo
Another great thing about Paladins is that they have 3 wounds making them - Unstoppable Killing Machines! Trevak Dal
Well they will certainly be getting all the multiwound stuff thrown at them anyways. Might as well have some guys able to Anime style still be standing after the smoke clears.
