Harlequin Charges and Flip Belts

Hi there,

I just had my first match of Kill Team Arena against Harlequins. We made a lot of mistakes, but with one thing we are not sure.

The Filp Belt Rule says …

"Flip Belt: This model can move across other models as if they were not there …"

But the Designer Commentary says …

Q: During a charge move, can my model move within 1" of an enemy model that was not declared as a target of the charge?
A: No.

So our question: Can a Harlequin Player charge towards a model, if the only way to that model leads the Harlequin within 1" of a enemy that was not the target of the charge?

For example: My Space Marine with the Flamer stands in a room and a Reiver of mine stand in the door, to block the Harlequins way, or at least allow him to overwatch. May the Harlquin Player just charge the Marine with the Flamer?

The two quotes don't contradict eachother, so no you can't move within 1" without declaring a charge regardless of whether you'd be able to move over enemy models or not. It works exactly the same as FLY in this regard.

Ah, right! I hadn't noticed untill yet, that "FLY" has almost the same Wording as the Flip Belt (and I didn't know that Flip-Belt are Anti-Grav-Technology).

Sadly that leads to another Question: We play mostly Arena, which has special Rules for Doors (opening Doors is part of regular Movement Action). Can Harlquins move through closed Doors?
