Titan Insignia

Trying to catalog types of insignia (emblems, badges, markings, etc.) found on Titans, as well as where they are usually located.

 

This is going to be a work in progress. Any help (additions, corrections, etc.) would be appreciated.

 

I just realized I put this in the main “Other Games” thread. Would appreciate it if a Mod could help me move it into Titanicus.

 

Order Badge / Divisio Emblem

Collegia Titanicus - looks like a “T” surrounded by a cog; Divisio Militaris - looks like a “T” over a double headed eagle silhouette

• FW / AT Warlord - Molded into center of thigh plates, molded into cowl, molded in center of left / right upper carapace
• FW Nemesis - Left knee
• FW / AT Reaver - Molded into right knee, molded on head
• FW / AT Warhound - Molded into shins
• Per old Epic - Upper right carapace, banner

Titan Class Badge

Double Axes for Warlord; Single Axe for Reaver; Sword or Teeth & Fangs for Warhound

• FW Warlord - Right knee
• AT Warlord - Left knee
• FW / AT Reaver - Left knee
• Old Epic - Both left and right shins
• Index Apocrypha - Both left and right shins

Princeps Rank Badge

Hexagon surrounded by a studded circle; 4-studs - Princeps; 12-studs - Princeps Senioris; but sometimes there’s no ring and instead the hexagon is internally bisected by a; sideways-“Y” - Princeps; upright-“Y” - Princeps Senioris

I have no idea but personally I just assumed that each titan was unique and the markings are aswell.

 

For my legio gryphonicus Maniple I have used battle group markings (the chess pieces) to donate the titans, king for warlord, pawn for Warhounds etc and each titan has the gryphonicus emblem on, but other wise each titan is marked how I felt at the time
