As the title says how does the scions of gulliman interact with c-beam cannon? I'm considering running 3 relic contemptors with double c beams to capitalise on how scions mitigates this pretty potent weapons weaknesses but I wanted to check that my interpretation is valid.

Well with scions of gulliman if you have tactical doctrine active they count as being stationary which means as long as you don't advance you can move and shoot c beams. They have a rule which prohibits shooting with them if the unit moved.

Sounds like it's pretty clear then - you count as being stationary, so if there's a stationary requirement you can still fire it even if you moved.
