Can anyone provide a size comparison photo of a Contemptor's twin lascannon next to a Redemptor? I'm looking to convert two Redemptors with twin lascannons to run as count-as Contemptor Mortis' in order to keep the Primaris aesthetic of my army.

Redemptors are waaay bigger than contemptors. A contemptor las on it would look tiny.

While I don't have those two specific pieces, I do have close analogs, a Contemptor's Multi-melta from forgeworld, and the Leviathan's Cyclonic Melta Lance. The Contemptor weapons while generally about as long, are much less bulky. Ironically I would recommend using the Arachnus Lascannon array from the Deredeo.
