I might turn this into a full Penal Legion but for now it's a Necromunda Prison Gang going out to clean up the under hives. Top one with Goliath head looks too big and the bottom one looks too small, I am kinda going for a ghost rider theme. I got a couple just for when I got the ideas to convert a Legion of the Damned character. I put one on my Dreadnought I last did but then some said it probably wouldn't work fluff wise.
