My opponent (who plays Templars regularly) has said that they have a 4+ deny the witch ability that they can use to deny pyschic powers once per pyschic phase. Is this true? I can't find it anywhere in the new codex, and am wondering if it is part of a FAQ, or if there's a character that has that ability? Thanks! I'm not 100% sure how the situation for Black Templars is currently though since GW outsourced all the chapter specific stuff into supplements with the current Codex and Black Templars have been left out. However that codex is no longer valid and BT currently do not have a strategem like this.
