These updates are all for units that probably still aren't seeing much tabletop action. But the cost reduction for HQ characters is a big help, considering they don't do much. NTaW Posted December 1, 2019 Share Posted December 1, 2019 I'm very OK with less expensive HQs but I agree that points drops alone don't make for a useful unit. Soonest I guess we'll see rule changes/expansions is in April with PA7 unless there's a surprise plot twist and the T'au are faced off against Necrons in PA5: The Greater Good (which I think would more likely be Death Guard or AdMech/Guard). Kaldoth Posted December 2, 2019 Share Posted December 2, 2019 Personally I'm okay with ours taking longer considering how much work needs to be done for a proper codex. As every other army gets their goodies, it just shows GW how much further behind necrons keep slipping. Hopefully that results in a better book once our 2.0 dex comes out. The points drops from CA shaved 109 points off of my current list, so now I've got no idea what to fill it up with. Edit: Also, you never know! Tau space is right next to the Sautekhh empire. We could very well be in the Greater Good book.
