NeuronFlux
I suppose this is a general order of operations wounding type question.Do you get to save against all the wounds even if all your models would die?EXAMPLE:If there are 30 single damage wounds inflicted on a unit with ten single wound models, for the purposes of Vicious Riposte, do I pick up, roll 30 dice and count the sixes and remove models as appropriate?ORDo I need to roll the dice one at a time, counting the sixes for vicious riposte and removing models as appropriate until the entire unit of ten models is dead (or you run out of saving rolls to make) - even if there were "unused" wounds? Obviously one of these situations is far better than the other, I'm just looking for some clarity is all. Thanks! Acebaur
No you don't get to make saves if all the models are dead. So in your example roll the first 10 dice and pick off the dead models. Then roll dice for the survivors and so on until you run out of dice or the unit is dead NeuronFlux 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/360213-vicious-riposte-rule-question/#findComment-5437567 Share on other sites
Medjugorje
thats why our lithany 5+++ is very important. To normal troops our Terminators are very hard to knock out in Close combat.
