Doctor Perils
Hi all, I'm trying to organise a mini event with my local gaming buddies. We've found in the past we aren't disciplined enough to run a real narrative campaign or expansion campaign so we've decided on a looser event style. The idea is to motivate us to play more often and to finish off our models from our building/painting backlog. Over three months, we'll score: - 1 point for finishing a unit - 1 point per Kill Team or Specialist Game played - 2 points per 40k game played - 1 point per victory And we were wondering about also including reading BL books or writing fan fluff. We want to chip in a bit of cash all together, and the winner at the end gets a little prize (a little medal and/or GW box) We're going to keep it limited to only the three of us so far, which should help organisation :) Anyone have any experience of running these kinds of events? Would you have any tips? Feel free to use the format if you like it, and don't hesitate to provide feedback should you do so :D N1SB 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/360455-organising-a-mini-local-event/ Share on other sites
