Chapter approved 2019, Tyranid point changes.

I recently had a look into the chapter approved 2019.
I did a points adaptation in my codex. And figured you guys would enjoy a full update.

Also very important: Blood of Baal does NOT contain tyranid point updates.

A lot of point drops. Notably the exocrine, harpy, haruspex, tervigon.
Points went up for the Neurothrope and the flyrant.

Ranged weapons most notably: rupture cannon and strangle thorn cannon. Melee: massive scything talons (trygon/trygon prime) went down 50%.
