Land Speeder Storm & Scouts Rules

So I think I understand this correctly. The scouts embarked on a Land Speeder Storm can fire as long as the LSS does not advance. The scouts in the LSS will not benefit from any auras, cannot be shot at, cannot use any stratagems. 

 

Do they still have access to chapter tactics and the combat doctrines?

Any rules they have on their own datasheets will still be in effect.

 

Note that any restrictions that apply to the Storm will also apply to the Scouts, so they're going to count as moving if the Storm moves.

Yup yup! Which is why you run them as Iron Hands  No penalty for moving and firing heavy weapons. Thank you for the answer btw!
