Axineton
Just seen these brushes on amazon and wondering if they’re any good? Professional Fine Paint Brush (Set) / Kolinsky Sable / Oil, Acrylic, Watercolour / Roubloff / Detail Brush / Size 00 / 0 / 1 / 1,2 / 1,5 / 2 / 2,5 / 3 (Set) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01IGIHVUY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_B7o9DbAWG1NFB They’re actually getting great reviews on Amazon. I might pick up the set and try them out. Firedrake Cordova
Never heard of them, I'm afraid. If you're looking for decent brushes, I would strongly recommend Raphael Series 8404. They're excellent brushes, and very highly-tapered (moreso than the W&N Series 7s), so they retain a fine point (I can trace the panel lines on Aeronautica Imperialis Thunderbolt fighters with a size 3). Realistically, a size 2/0 (fine detail) and size 1 (detail) would cover you for most situations, for around £16 delivered. Add in a larger (possibly cheaper) brush for area coverage, and you're sorted. Dunno if that's any help. Marshal Vespasian
I bought them as they were only 20€ for the whole Set. I find them to be better than davinci brushes. Never tried Raphael so cant speak to that Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/360577-anyone-ever-used-roubloff-brushes-if-so-are-they-any-good/#findComment-5448040 Share on other sites

Marshal Vespasian
The price is what made me buy them as well. I will get some rafaels down the line for the really fiddly stuff I think, but the roubollofs are pretty good for the price I feel. Nice point and keep paint well. There is also a brush Set from warcolours at a similar price point that you could try out if you are interested.
