BluejayJunior Posted December 18, 2019 Share Posted December 18, 2019 It's in the Shadowspear "codex" for those units. That states that Space Wolves, Dark Angels, and Blood Angels can all use them. They are also located in the new Space Marine Codex. If they follow what they did for the Blood Angels in Blood of Baal, they will likely be in the Psychic Awakening book for Space Wolves as well.
