Im not the best painter (been painting off and on for about 11 years or so) but I paint decent enough where they look really good on the table haha. I call it table top quality. I also hate white. in all seriousness I airbrushed the armor red, base coated the robes with Grey Seer then white over that, 3 coats, it can do with 2 usually, but 3 works better. WolfVonhinslik Posted December 19, 2019 Author Share Posted December 19, 2019 Its funny, the color scheme if from something I saw in the old SoB codex, I think it was a repentia with red armor and torn white robes and I loved it. I hate painting in White, Red and Gold, because they are bright colors and they refuse to cover anything without multiple coats. Go Figure. Im probably gonna keep them black tbh. mainly because how I paint, I build the mini then paint fully built. unless I want to break them off the base the base them.
