Just Alexis Posted December 25, 2019 Share Posted December 25, 2019 Hey everyone, i was wondering if i was to do a Daemon Summoning list with Chaos Space Marines (Heretic) and i said i have 30 blood letters in reinforcement points, can i use the Banner of Blood stratagem on them before the game?
