dice4thedicegod
This was one of the first conversions I built after getting back into the hobby after a quarter century break. It’s taken me the best part of two years to get to the stage of painting it (and still not finished but starting to look how I envisioned it). Got to plan a suitably bloody base! A mix of a number of different kits (most of them reaper). Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/360899-bloodthirster/ Share on other sites

dice4thedicegod
This might be because of the season... but I’m hoping the blood on snow effect looks like slaughter and not festive candy canes...! dice4thedicegod
Quick note on the conversion: I used the same base model for the bloodthirster and a keeper of secrets- doesn’t look too similar after painting Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/360899-bloodthirster/#findComment-5455877 Share on other sites
Surreal Cruelty
That's a great use of Baphomet for those conversions. What model did you get the head from? It does a great job of making your Bloodthirster look like some of the old artwork below. Something I have been holding off on building and painting the bloodthirster model for a while now because I wanted to replicate the artwork, and was thinking of using a fenrisian wolf or thunderwolf, but haven't gotten too it yet. dice4thedicegod
Thanks! It is mainly reaper bones kits: Minotaur demon lord body, rauthorus wings, wolf demon head. Headdress, Forearms and weapons are official bloodthirster! Midnightmare
This guy is 100% win, so brutal looking I wholeheartedly approve. Well worth the long wait I would say :tu: Especially the blood on the snow  Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/360899-bloodthirster/#findComment-5457359 Share on other sites
