Wolf Scouts in the Primaris era - fluff not crunch

Not going to lie, haven't necessarily kept up with the post-Cawl impact on the Wolves.

 

Do Wolf Scouts as I previously knew them - solitary individuals who can't "cope" within the structures of a pack - still exist as Primaris Marines?

 

I'm not worried if there are no models or rules, but rather the fluff/culture.

yes, explicitly as Reivers (and i imagine this goes for Primaris Vangiard as well).
