Seem to see a lot of lists where they're the only troop choice. Tia. Any RoW or character that says "Unit X becomes Troops" means Compulsory Troops, it has to state that a unit is Non Compulsory or give them the Support Squad special rule for them to not be (such as Legion Terminators in the Zone Mortalis RoW for example).
