Are there any genuinely beautiful looking Emperor's Children? I know Fulgrim even as a daemon primarch is said to be alluring and worthy of worship, but I was curious if most of them were still the androgynous sexy specimens they used to be or now they're all horribly scarred and mutated from body modifications and Warp corruption respectively.

Something like this is a bit subjective as to different Slaanesh worshipers it is different things. As Panzer says there'll be quite a few adhering to the more "mortal" standards of beauty, but there will be plenty working to other concepts too Perhaps it could be via another sense such as smell, which is something already established (and in the rules, for Fiends)? Slaanesh worship is very open to interpretation, so don't let the established defaults dictate if you want something a bit different (not least because some standard is required, for model and theme purposes). That also means you can focus on having lots of Fabio Marines if you like

So, in my mind the rule is horrible disfigurement, but within chaos, rules exist only to enhance exceptions. Maybe the Aspiring Champion Dorianus Grayus remains beautiful while his personal standard grows hideous and mutated... 

 

As usual we have a full spectrum of possibilities, why limit our self? we can mix and match, some contrast between parts of the army or from model to model are the main blessing the Gods gave us

To me, Slaanesh is never "truly" beautiful. Perfect as things may look, it's either in an alien/disturbing way, or it's too perfect, like eventually noticing they don't blink, or don't have pores, etc.

Anything goes as long as it's excessive. That's the only rule, really.

Indeed, too much is just right :lol: The "right but not" element is also quite important I think, some way or another there needs to be something that's off about it or some hidden aspect so that all is not as it seems. It's the nature of Chaos; there's always a price as nothing is free - the fun part is deciding what that is :)

There might be Marines obsessed with their effect on Mortals, like Cult Leaders that love to be worshipped. These would be probably be very beautiful for mortal eyes, and then maybe if you see their reflection you see their inner "beauty" or some similar curse.
