Lucerne
Is it just me or are the upper legs too long to be anatomically plausible? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/361211-new-sister-models-leg-proportions/ Share on other sites
Nicodemus Doloroso
Not that I had noticed. Having another look, many of the models seems to be rather "leggy" but not out of proportion or in an exaggerated way, more just like tall athletic women like I'd expect Sisters to be ... some poses at first glance look like their upper legs are too long, but on second look it appears to be the angle that the lower leg is at making that portion look too short, or the lower legs are covered by scenery bits (like the Hospitaller model with the wounded sister at her feet). I don't know but they look fine to me. Gorthaur
I think it's cause the thigh armor on the sides edges is hiked up almost up to the waist. Lucerne
I was wondering about the "walking" sisters in particular: https://mlpnk72yciwc.i.optimole.com/w:1200/h:1200/q:auto/https://www.bleedingcool.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/sobbulletinsquad-jul8-painted8qqkx.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/361211-new-sister-models-leg-proportions/#findComment-5462499 Share on other sites
Purifying Tempest
The plate looks like it covers her hips, but cuts down towards her crotch, which appears on traditional plate armor in some varieties if you can get a look at some without the skirt that normally hangs from the cuirass/waist. The models oddly look fairly proportional at a glance.
