Yes, there definitely are. See Apocalypse by Josh Reynolds where there is a powerful WB Lord, a former member of the Ashen Circle, who still wears his grey Mark III armour. Some of his followers do as well. Legion regulations decree that armour must be painted one of a set number of shades of crimson but having it unpainted is apparently some kind of loophole/acceptable as well.

I'm not well versed enough in the books or fluff to know of any specific warbands that might, but with the way the warp works it wouldn't be far-fetched to develop background for a chapter that got caught up in the warp and is now re-emerging into real-space, if you wanted to make your own fluff..

I was going to do some grey MK3 marines as a counts as rubrics at one point, but I never got around to it and now WB can't take rubrics at all. The idea was that they would be the ashes of monarchia bound into suits of armour and animated by the will of a sorcerer.
