Given the actual rules for the DPoT, newest FAQ ruling on how demon princes interact with the rule of 3, Legends, I heard Frontline isnt allowing Index options at the LVO as well. I wouldn't go for it just for fun. If you a very specific use for it which was integral for you list and plan then sure go for it.
