Examples of Combi-Weapon with Grenade Launcher

Hi Folks, I'm in the process of putting together a 30k Dark Angels Zone Mortalis list that will include combi-weapons with grenade launchers. Can folks post pictures of their conversions for this weapon? I've got an idea of how I can kitbash these weapons but would also like to have some inspiration for my project. Thanks!

We have an example of what the grenade launchers for Combi-Grenade launchers look like in the Cataphractii Special Weapons Set (second-from right in the bottom two rows):

A Combi-grenade launcher came with a limited edition boarding Captain (2011) I think as well...
