The Horus Heresy - Knight Questoris House - Silver Wolves

Hi all.

 

I am thinking about new project focused on Knight Questoris. The House consists of:

 

Porphyrion - HQ  - Senechal: Two twin-linked magna lascannon, Occular augmetics, Lascannon, Ion shield, Helios Defence missiles

Acheron - Elite - Preceptor: Acheron pattern flame cannon, Occular augmetics, Reaper chainfist with an inbuilt twin-linked heavy bolter, Ion shield

Paladin 1 - Troop - Scion Martial: Rapid-fire battlecannon, Occular augmetics, Two heavy stubbers, Ion shield, Reaper chainsword, Bio-corrosive rounds for its heavy stubbers

Paladin 2 - Troop - Scion Martial: Rapid-fire battlecannon, Occular augmetics, Two heavy stubbers, Ion shield, Reaper chainsword, Bio-corrosive rounds for its heavy stubbers

Gallant 1 - Troop - Scion Martial: Reaper chainsword, Occular augmetics, Thunderstrike gauntlet, Ion shield, Meltagun

Errant - Fast attack - Scion Dolorous: Thermal cannon, Occular augmetics, Heavy stubbers, Ion shield, Reaper chainsword, Bio-corrosive rounds for its heavy stubbers

Gallant 2 - Fast attack - Scion Uhlan: Reaper chainsword, Occular augmetics, Thunderstrike gauntlet, Ion shield, Meltagun

Arminger Talon - Fast attack - Scion Uhlans - metla + chainsword

Crusader - Heavy support - Scion Arbalester: Questoris-avenger gatling cannon, Occular augmetics, Rapid-fire battle canon and heavy stubber, Ion shield, Twin Icarus autocannon, Meltagun, Bio-corrosive rounds for its heavy stubbers

Warden - Heavy Support - Scion Implacable: Questoris-avenger gatling cannon, Occular augmetics, Heavy Flamer, Ion shield, Heavy stubber, Thunderstrike gauntlet, Bio-corrosive rounds for its heavy stubber

 

Recommendations and comments welcomed - especially as regards household ranks and weaponry.

I don’t think Porphyrions and armigers get household ranks. In the case of the armigers they have a standard one they can’t change and a Porphyrion is a LoW and can’t have a rank.

They do get Household Ranks, they specifically can't be Aspirants I believe (the -1 Invuln save rank) but everything else is fine I believe.

 

EDIT: It's the Uhlan the Porphyrion also can't take.

‘A Questoris Knight Armiger Talon may be taken as a non- compulsory Troops choice in a Questoris Knight Crusade Detachment. If taken in this Faction, it is subject to the Household Rank special rule, but may only select the Scion Auxilia Household Rank.’

Did these rules change? I’ve been working on a Quaestoris List too, so if these changes that would certainly help.

Nope, you are right. My fault. Armingers cannot use the other Household ranks than Scion Auxillia.

Hi, my copy of the Quaestoris Knight Crusader list only allows for the following weapon setups on a CRusader:

- Thermal Cannon and Gatling Cannon

- Thermal Cannon and any kind of battle cannon.

 

What do I miss?

 

I´d really like to field a Crusader with Rapid Fire Battle Cannon and Gatling Cannon, but I can´t find the rules...
