Strip and convert my knights

Build more knights

Prime my AoS stormcasts

Buy more Stormcasts

Prime my knights

Start painting my knights

Strip my Blood Angels

Start my Iyanden army

Start building my second AoS Chaos army

 

This hasn't been a productive few months, I'm glad you're getting things done.

Whilst all hobby time is good, some is definitely more satisfying, like completing tasks.

Man it was really funny the other day;  I had pre-ordered a copy of the 40k BrB, a couple of days out my local store owner let me know that they had stuffed up and had ordered the whole Indomitus box that I could pick up a couple of sneaky days early, I felt great but not for that.

I am actually more hyped about the AT releases than anything 40k ATM, I am excited about Ryza and the new options for Knight houses etc.

So I let him know that I didn't want Indomitus and only wanted the book when he eventually gets one in (no hurry), he was happy to sell the box in the shop, and I have spare money to spend on Cerastus variants and any new goodies that come our way. win-win :tu:

 

But, I still have a pressing project to get as finished as possible by October; here's the progress:

 

The gold will be lightened up heaps and the red will be far darker once I'm done, these are just indicative placements of the colours.

Progress: Bodies are 99%, just transfers and weathering to go (after basing ofc), but now to face the challenge created by magnets.

Apologies for not getting into this forum more often to comment on the great work done.

But here is an update on the Legio; Reavers nearly done, then WarLord after them, bases and transfers at will...

I'm looking forward to when they release an even bigger Warlord (Nemesis) or even the unmentionable larger Titans, so we can see what you do with a centrepiece model.

These are great. Churning out a batch of six warhounds is pretty hardcore. The sort of beaten gold armour plates have worked well.

The brass and vermillion color scheme looks good on your well-painted Knights and Titans. Will you decorate their bases?

I sure will Bjorn, a bit of a grim ruined cityfight theme on the bases. There will also be judicious weathering of the legs once I get them done so they look like they're meant to be there.
