The ursus claw design is growing on me. The shock lance looks like the monstrous offspring of some sort of dental surgery tool and a fishing rod. Not bad, just a very weird looking weapon.

Nice. I'm not sure how good Ursus claws are but shock lances look really interesting to me, especially in a Ferrox maniple for the extra strength.

Really seems like the ursus claws are a very 'go big or go home' weapon. I was thinking of trying out a few Fureans warhounds with them but feels like unless you're running Audax, you're going to struggle to get much benefit. That said, an Audax warhound swam featuring a Canis maniple does look very exciting...

From WHTV, they've just wrapped up the AT portion. Largely about WHC promo itself but some nice details.

Engine Kill is following on from the Road to Thramas and AI Flight Plan articles on WHC (there'll be a Necromunda one too). Idea is that articles previewing new stuff are popular! Seb specifically said that they're meant to ensure the community feels supported, and Wade was pretty emphatic that these games are getting long-term support. So with future monthly Engine Kill articles we'll more previews of new stuff but also rules and such, every month. WHTV also has plans to put on an AT campaign.

The roadmap for Necromunda was put together in the same vein and we might see the same for other specialist games. The idea is to show that there's stuff on the way/being worked on, "the big beats" if not absolutely everything, and to pre-empt questions or doubts (read: loss of faith, I think) from the community. There was a fear there about delays or changes in schedule altering things but Seb said that they'd bring that up if it happens.

Also Wade noted that he is now allowed to say that if there's rules for something in Necromunda, there are plans to give them a model. Which is a pretty bold claim.

Dual kit that can build either variant is annoying if not surprising

If i end up getting one, I'll see if i can make it swappable somehow

On another note, that Audax paint scheme in the above pics is very nice

My exact same thoughts.

There is one guy on instagram who did a similar paint scheme, the dark parts a bit more crusty, he used stippling to achieve his results.
