I think that these guys are the bodyguard unit as acting as bodyguards is how they got that bone white in their armor to begin with, whereas the Cenobium are supposed to be a specialist unit for dealing with specific threats by belonging to a suitable order. I don't really know if the rules will end up reflecting that though, with the Cenobium being rather restricted when it comes to weapon options and many of the orders having a rather limited impact while the bodyguard unit seems to have a much wider variety of weapon options which would enable it to tailor itself to specific threats much more easily. We shall see once the final rules hit for both on how they end up.

That would be superbroken rule, I know, but oh well.
