Creating our 1st, 2nd & lots of failed Titan parts 28mm

Hi all first post for me.  So I used to be in 40k quite a few years ago, well Rogue Trader ago.

 

So just getting back into the hobby and trying to get my Son off a tablet and doing something else as well

 

So we have a small army for Horus Heresy and we both wanted to have a titan or two, so ive spent literally hundreds of hours modeling and atl least the same printing.

 

So I have taken inspiration from lots of far more talented people, including a certain person on this board who is making a Emperor Titan, as his 3 pilots are very cool (please forgive me) I might have used those guys with some minor modeling to get them to fit my Mars titans.

 

So I said to my son, he gets the first mostly successful test prints and I then adjust as required for subsequent attempts.

 

My aim is high detail, ease of putting it together, for example I absolutely love the details in the forge world model, so there is a lot of that in my design with extras, but I dont fancy spending 2 or 3 months to then fit the thing together lol.

 

Please feel free to critique etc as im almost finished making the bits (its arms and arm weapons and some Armour left to do)

I will as and when I get free time (life gets in the way) ill upload version 2 which is mine as I build her, I did this morning spend 2 hours sending all my leg bits so I can start catching up with my son on the build.

Looks amazing.  The print job is one of the highest quality I’ve ever seen.  Only a few hundred more hours to go!
