The only question is - what are you using such bonuses for that might be better off spent elsewhere? Starskysdad Posted March 7, 2020 Author Share Posted March 7, 2020 Good to know, thank you So i messed up - I played a guy a few months ago who had the relic of Gathalamor on a banner!! So in my addled mind i combined the relic with a banner. The intention (which worked btw) was to put the frighteners on his Grey Knights with both the relic and the banner. Primaris only: enemy Psykers within 18" suffer -1 to their test and if they fail to manifest (and importantly, that's not if they're denied) they suffer d3 mortal wounds on a 4+.
