Looking at the sisters of battle exorcist tank I began thinking that it would fit in a Noise Marine army but what would it count as since chaos don’t get whirlwinds. But, if you don't want forgeworld, it pretty much would have to be a predator or a vindicator. Come to think of it, a Vindicator would also be a good match-up... close range sonic distortion kind of like if you stand too close to a speaker with a lot of base, you can physically feel it.
