214th Squadrone, The Black Sheeps

I´m a big fan of the specialist games. Not many minis and a lot of fun.

The 214th Squadrone is the combination of the 58th Fighter Wing and the 1075th Bomber Wing

In terms of composition that looks a lot like my Imperial Navy ... I wonder why. (1 Wings of Vengeance + Thunderbolts + Marauder Destroyers)

Looks like a good start :smile.: (and more fully-assembled than mine :blush.:)

Good job on the Thunderbolt fighters! I didn't expect an homage to Space: Above and Beyond. Are the Wild Cards veterans of wars against the Necrons (Silicate analogues), Genestealers and Tyranids (Chig analogues)?
Excellent work on the Lightning fighters. I like the splinter camouflage pattern you gave them. Is "513th" a reference to something, maybe the historical USAF fighter squadron (which, ironically, flew the P-47 Thunderbolt instead of the P-38 Lightning)?

The 214th is nearly done. I´m actual waiting for 2 Vulture Gunships to arrive and that´s it. But here are some group pics.
