GreyCrow
Referring to this article here : https://www.frontlinegaming.org/2020/02/27/new-space-marine-faq/ Everybody has a melee weapon ? WTH are they referring to ? The Bolt pistols that one can shoot in melee during the shooting phase ? Did I miss something and all Marines also have a melee weapon ? Also, Sons of Guilliman. On a Tactical/Intercessor squad, this is allowing all rerolls to hit or is this only allowing all reroll to hit on a single attack ? The wording from the Stratagem that allowed rerolls to hit on a single attack after the FAQ is similar. Lost2Requiem
Hi. First question, yes, all models are assumed to have a close combat weapon. V1.6 of the Rulebook FAQ states: “Page 183 – Choose Melee Weapon Change the second sentence to read: ‘In addition to their other weapons, all models are assumed to be equipped with a close combat weapon, which has the following profile:” Second question, no idea. Sorry! Hope that’s vaguely helpful. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/362979-assault-doctrine-sons-of-guilliman/#findComment-5500504 Share on other sites

Panzer
To be fair it's not just in the FAQ. It's part of the regular core rules already. The FAQ only changed the wording a little bit and made it so the CCW has AP0 instead of AP- so it can get affected by rules that improve AP etc. ^^ Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/362979-assault-doctrine-sons-of-guilliman/#findComment-5500729 Share on other sites
