Arentius
So as has afflicted many of us I have started going a bit stir Crazy. As such i mangled up a primaris body I had lying around to create a more wolf appropriate Wolf priest model. The only thing left to do is rebase it on the correct base and make a greenstuff wolf pelt draped over his back. https://imgur.com/gallery/sZL6qHC Fenris hjolda and stay safe!!! Tutorial or guide, please? Preferrably both? I figure starting with the base kits for the parts, or the expected parts ranges, might get this thread extremely popular. Arentius
Tutorial or guide, please? Preferrably both? I figure starting with the base kits for the parts, or the expected parts ranges, might get this thread extremely popular. Gladly! I used a items from the Hellblaster box, the Wulfen box and the Wolf pack box Hellblaster body also using the Cybernetic arm with the plasma pistol, clipped off the front half of the pistol (leaving the revolver looking part) and the front half of a grey hunter bolter to make the Absolver pistol For the Crozius I used the Primaris upgrade sprue arm with chainsword removed, the staff was one of the wulfen Great Frost Axes with just the blade clipped off (keeping power lines and the wolf iconography) and clipping out the wulfen hands, then resticking the staff parts together above and below the primaris hand The Topper of the Crozius was a pair of Wulfen Frost blades with the claw parts clipped off (set to one side for later) filed the rough edges and glued back to back, this leaves 2 convenient gaps in the middle and upper part of the wolf skulls. In these gaps went the Frost claw parts as the holes kept them aligned The belt was the chest chain from the wulfen with the shoulder icons taken off and just slipped onto the hips. The head is the standard wolf helm from the grey hunter pack. The Diamond in the middle of his chest was done by filing off the skull from the Aquila and then taking the singular wulfen chest/shoulder marker and sticking it in the middle And the shoulderpads are just the standard Honour pads from the Grey hunter box Edited April 3, 2020 by Arentius GrFlur 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/362990-kitbashed-primaris-wolf-priest/#findComment-5500836 Share on other sites

Wispy
ooh, i really like that crozius headpiece. almost like a warpick. would probably lose the section just below it, though, where you clipped off what looks like an axe blade. I did toy with that but it just felt like the weapon was too short and it was like a marching band Baton which I was trying to avoid. I mostly just wanted the extra wolf head on there. Arentius
So an Update on this guy, I've greenstuffed a couple of pelts on him (my first attempt so I'm happy enough with the outcome) I'm also considering clipping off the giant Magazine of the Bolter as I think that would make it more "pistol" looking https://imgur.com/gallery/LBGBbQr Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/362990-kitbashed-primaris-wolf-priest/#findComment-5504904 Share on other sites
