@Pacific81 I love the metallic blue. Have ordered some Obsidian Black but it still hasn't shipped and local stores don't seem to stock it sadly, can't wait to try it out.

I just picked up one of the greens but I've got some work to do first and I'm curious to see how it goes with both.

Just brushing with them, honestly I have never used such a smooth metallic.

For infantry I used (Vallejo's recommended) black undercoat > base > shade > base + light > final light. You can use some variation of these, some compress it to just base > shade > light depending on the colour.

I haven't tried the greens yet but am thinking of using the obsidian black for Destroyers. Honestly you are in for a very pleasant surprise with these paints

Wow. I am really starting to reconsider my painting approach after seeing the results you’ve gotten with the blue. Metallic color schemes are my favorite but getting it to look good on larger kits like vehicles has been a hurdle I haven’t wanted to tackle. This might be a solution to my headache!
