Thanks. Yeah I'm not a big fan of that face sculpt either. 

 

I was impressed with the rust. I at first regretted it as I did a nice job on the tracks then went a little over the top with the dirty down but the effect looks great.

Yeah, it's easy to over or under do the rust but I think it's worth it.

This years CtA is going to be primarily Heresy for me, I think. I have two projects, (loyalist) Iron Warriors and Word Bearers and I think one or both are going to be usable for 40K as well. The Word Bearers definitely, as I'm going for a force that is already far down the path to corruption; The Iron Warriors too, but it might not really make sense to try and do a combo feature, so it might just end up being two separate armies.

 

I have an ungodly amount of heresy marines and chaos marines lying around unassembled, so I was wondering if anyone here have had experience with kitbashing these and might have some tips and pointers to share?

 

In any case, I probably won't actually be playing with my HH armies, as I don't like 3rd ed. and I don't have anyone to play with locally. Still, I've been wanting to do a Heresy army (or two, or three...) for years, so it might as well be now
