This unit can charge even if it Advanced this turn. In the following Fight phase, attacks made by this unit hit on a 2+."You don't actually need to charge in order to hit on 2+ in the following Fight phase. If your vehicle is already in combat or about to be heroically intervened into, you can still pop this stratagem at the start of your charge phase and then hit on 2+ in the Fight phase without charging. He really thought he'd get to finish the job he'd started last turn after charging through the charred corpses of two other shield captains who didn't realize what Defensive Gunners on a shadowsword could do.
