Can someone clarify this or show me the sprue?

I am looking at the honour guard shown above and considering to use this guy as a sergeant for squads. The pictures on the internet are very unclear, but what I can make up so far is that the head, body and right arm are a single piece.

Can someone show me the sprue, or at least verify its possible to make this dude hold a boltgun with some minor conversion work? I have 100 Victrix helmets incoming that I want to use for the regular marines whereas this dude would stand out good enough as a sergeant.

His right hand is separate, as is the whole of the left arm (and the backpack). Here and here are a couple of pictures I found on google.

You can, for example, fit a right hand holding a bolter to him fairly easily. Would probably work best with a pin and maybe a little modelling putty of one type or another.

The 2nd picture of Ramell is what I had been looking for, seems if I can obtain the bolters from the other honour guard then its relatively easy to swap these out with the sword arm positioned close to the body. Thanks for the information, I am going to contact my supplier and ask for 10 of these bodies + let him make those bolters as additional bits to get these sergeants fixed.
