Help developing Knight Household crest

Hi, I'm not entirely sure where to post this but I've been putting it off for a while. 

 

I have been working on an Imperial Knight but it hit a problem when the transfers I ordered from a third party never arrived. The reason I am posting this though is that I saw it as an opportunity to improve the crest I came up with and get it worked on by either a professional or a helpful hobbyist.

 

Does anyone know someone who can take my fusion of clipart and develop it into something more polished? I am hoping to rescale the image to fit on transfers suitable to be applied to the various spots on my Imperial Knight so I can finally finish it.
