There is no rule against stacking bonuses in 40K, so unless the rules for the ability states otherwise, it stacks with other such abilities. Typically abilities don't stack with the same ability (so, you wouldn't get +2 A by being close to 2 priests), but that's not a general rule but rather because such abilities have the wording such as "within x" of any model with this ability" or "within x" of one or more models with this ability".
