Greetings fellow fire warriors,

I come seeking advice-- what is the traditional paint scheme for the dalyth sept? The reason I am asking is because I have a shaso rymyr that I'd like to paint at some point in actual sept livery rather than the tau parade ground scheme.

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I believe in Dawn of War the sept color was purple with green armor. The purple color is what I used back when they were introduced, but I don't recall how I came across that.

Edit: in War Zone Damocles Kauyon a pathfinder squad is using a blue-grey as the sept color. It looks pretty close to their skin tone. Given that purple is now used by Vash'ya sept, I suspect GW wants us to use blue-grey.

The Sept colour scheme for T'au is only the colour of the Sept and rank markings, which would be very dark purple-ish green-ish for Dal'yth. I believe Incubi Darkness is the closest you get with Citadel paints. The colour of the armour is whatever you fancy because T'au armies paint their armour to fit into the environment.
