So someone posted this on reddit and damn does it look good. Seems to be (from the title and content) about the Eldar as the protagonists and with the Imperium (just Astartes so far) as the antagonists.

Please visit the youtube video itself as well and like it or whatever it is that kids these days do.

It's their version of the Tau spoken language I think, I thought that was a really nice touch if it is.

Edit: Looks like it is.

"We'll be publishing the lexicon our team member made so you too can know the joys of Tau'sia!"

Very cool! :tu:

I think the main problem is that they take so long to produce as fans. I personally hope this comes into being simply because of the quality and attention to detail.

GIven that Astartes was such a huge success and Richard Boylan being given a job to produce an official series this may prove to be a new incentive to build on that promising work for a lot of these artists.

An update on The Exodite, which obviously joined WarhammerTV a while back; it's the next animation after Hammer & Bolter, and is scheduled for early next year.

Pumped for the classic stealth suits!

I'm very much looking forward to this, but is it me or does it look very different to the original, first trailer? That seemed a lot more "grimdark" and this trailer feels a lot more "anime" - which is not a criticism, as that fits T'au perfectly, but I think I prefer the original trailer (which may still be part of the show).

I like that every article about this has to include the obligatory "Yes, we know what an Exodite is, stop asking why this isn't about Eldar" line.

The character's face still looks a little too round and soft to me. It's not as bad as it was in the earlier trailers (and that one dark shot in the suit looks great,) but they still kinda look like a plush toy.

Have to agree though, the first fan trailers looked much better than this newest one from GW.

I guess this is what happens when passion projects get picked up then hit the reality of expectations and deadlines?
