New to HH, WE list at 3k.

I'm reletivly new to HH but I have a basic understanding of the game. I want to start playing World Eaters and work on a 3k list to aim for. Any feed back on the lists to either make them more functiona or lore friendly. So I have 2 lists similar that I like the look of but have no idea how it'll play out. Thanks guys.

The lists look solid, not much to say really :) 

 

I believe that 15 man assault squads can only take 3 power axes (1 per 5), rather than 4. I would also look at putting melta bombs on the assault squads in list 1 to give you some more anti armour. My only other suggestion would perhaps be to include some different unit types to give your army a bit more variation (e.g. speeders, tanks)
