I call this a passion list because it's units I really love and not maybe the "best" they could be. Whatever!

THERE WE HAVE IT. Rush around with the berzerkers, hold the middle/attack the biggest thing with the terminators, helbrutes hold the back-field.

That looks like a whirlwind of pain. No idea how it would run on the tabletop but I imagine the big issue would just be making the charge. You'll have the enemy running out of your way as best they can - the psychological element of that is big in itself, and would definitely make them think twice about immediately grabbing objectives for points.

I hope so! Bully them around a little bit, at least. I'll probably take the warlord trait that gives +1" to charge distance. Not sure if it would be worth making this the Vigilus Host Raptorial formation and then giving one of the lords the +2" to charge distance warlord trait, that would be an extra 3 CP to add 2" to ONLY the lords, and only if they're within range. I think I'd be better served saving the CP for double-shooting with the helbrutes, adding -1AP to the berzerkers, 9" pre-game move for something, and so on. Oh, and fight twice for the lords or 3 times for the butchers/berzerkers. Dear KHORNE, chainfist terminators fighting 3 times?! BAHAHAHA!

Looks pretty scary, and very thematic. I'm not sure how it would fare in missions like four pillars though (where you have to spread out across the board to get objectives), since the terminators can only hold one objective and berserker MSU are both wasted camping on objectives, and can be easily shot off. I would maybe roll a few of the berserker squads into 10-men squads to make room for a few cultist blobs (and remove a helbrute to pay for it) that can camp on objectives whilst the berserkers clear enemy units.

I think plasma cannons can be pretty good on hellbrutes now.  You can shoot and march them up the board as they get within melee range (like a true hellbrute aught to) and then flame anyone who gets in combat with them

I considered plasma at first, but I like the twin lascannon option for a few reasons: longer range, consistent number of shots, higher damage potential, and no overheating. Of course, higher cost is a factor as well.

A bonus to overheating with hellbrutes is they can potentially fire again, increasing damage output, though i agree it's not the best for anti-tank
