Pretty sure the 8th ed White Scars supplement says that the Chapter Master's bodyguard still go by the name of "Keshig", but I don't have my HDD with a page number on me and don't recall any mention of the Ebon Keshig specifically.

Page 23 CHAPTER COMMAND

"The Great Khan commands his own honour guard of supremely skilled warriors, the Keshig. Each is personally selected from amongst the Chapter’s finest warriors, and they serve as bodyguards, military advisors and executors of the Great Khan’s orders. Every one of these champions has proven himself in battle a thousand times over, and they protect their liege with total devotion. At the kurultai, their elaborately worked armour and weaponry stands out even amongst the masterwork wargear of the other champions present."

The Ebon Keshig are effectivly a in game way to give life to the Sagyar Mazan. Since all the Sagyar Mazan died in the battle of Catallus there is no need for a example of them to exist in 40k. That being said like others have stated you could for sure use them or any of the forge world White Scar Terminators as the Great Khan's Keshig.

Considering ebon keshig were disgraced marines who had to redeem themselves for crimes against the brotherhood, I dont see why that practice wouldn't still be alive during the 40k era. In fact it would make sense thematically to have a Judiciar lead them to battle to keep an eye on them. You could even have primaris ebon keshig in gravis armor if you wanted.
