WickedJester1013
I have had a box of reivers I have sat on until we learned more. I’m thinking now is as good of a time as any to build them. 1) if you were to take them how would you gear them? 2) any advice on making them look more space Wolf? TiguriusX
Reivers are pretty bad as an elite unit...best usage is probably converting them to other stuff If you really want to use them you should probably add gravity chutes and drop them on objectives Many people have replaced the skull helmet with 3rd party wolf skull helmets to wolf them up Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/365297-reivers-in-9th/#findComment-5567086 Share on other sites
WickedJester1013
Yeah I understand they are not that great. Would you give them the combat knives or the rifle? What would you convert them into? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/365297-reivers-in-9th/#findComment-5567095 Share on other sites

You can convert them into all kinds of stuff. It is a common item...just search google for "reiver conversion" I have seen reivers converted into eliminators I have seen reivers converted into wulfen (these look awesome) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/365297-reivers-in-9th/#findComment-5567140 Share on other sites
Debauchery101
I would wait a bit before counting them out. They are now the cheapest primaris unit. Sucks they are Elites. Their stuns and LD debuff can be useful. The ability to use terrain to move up across enemies is nice because now the 2nd floor camping prevents models moving below you since it is the engagement range. Being able to also not be penalized for vertical movement allows for most likely always getting your whole squad in range for hth. I never use the carbines. Pistol and blades only.
