If indeed DA are folded into the main SM codex and get access to all units (plus DA unique RW and DW units and special characters), then I think a pretty competitive build may be Azrael and a max squad of Grav Cannon Centurions.

Turn 1, the Grav Cannons will be AP-4 and have a 30" range, plus if they stand still they get +1 to hit (if the rumors are true) and rerolls from Azrael. If they get Grav Amplification strat, which they should if they have all the Core SM strats, then they also get to reroll all wounds and their D3 Dmg when necessary.

Even more importantly, a full squad of 6 Centurions has 24 x T5 2+ save wounds... with a nearby Azrael, then they also get a 4++, solving one of their only durability issues. Finally, they can use Transhuman Physiology to tank S6+ attacks so that they are only wounded on a 4-6, making them even tougher. Add in an Apothecary for healing wounds or resurrecting and Dark Angel's have a pretty amazing fire base to support the rest of the army all game long.

it sounds great but turn 1 generally your just moving and getting into position to shoot. so having long range like that is kind if wasteful, we should be teching towards our tactical and assault doctrines over the heavy doctrine because our super doctrine is now effectively useless
